Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Exchange is allowed within 3 days of delivery only if the saree is damaged, torn, defective, or a wrong item is received.

• A 360-degree unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory for claiming an exchange.

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, fabric, or design.
