Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within a minimum of 2 working days after successful order confirmation.

• Delivery is expected to take 3 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service availability.

• We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been shipped to monitor the delivery status.

We currently do not offer express or same-day delivery services.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

• We offer Partial COD only, which means customers are required to pay a small portion of the order amount at the time of placing the order.

• The remaining amount must be paid in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

• The partial COD amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the parcel is refused or returned by the customer.

• This policy is in place to avoid misuse and ensure genuine orders.

• Please confirm your availability before placing a COD order to avoid cancellation or return.
